The Washington Boatclub is a central hub for fishermen in Washington Missouri. I boast beautiful sunrises and sunsets. As I painted this painting I was greeted by many fisherman on this lovely day-even some old friends I hadn't seen in a while scurried by with gear in hand-awaiting the evenings catch.
Manuela Woolsey is a Missouri Artist who resides and works in Leslie Missouri. As early as she can remember Manuela had a desire to create. Her mother was from Germany and her father was a musician so this made for a creative childhood. She spent most of her time with her sister that was one year older and they loved playing in the nearby creek and farm lands. After graduating High school in 1985 her parents encouraged her to obtain a more realistic career rather than pursing her dream of being an artist. Her earlier years found her traveling as a photographer, make-up artist, stylist and sales manager.
